Google Business Profile APIs

Through Google Business Profile APIs (e.g., My Business Business Information API, My Business Business Information API), the Services access and store Google user profiles and business information to allow the Services to implement federated identity across Google APIs. If you permitted us to provide Google Business Profile users with “single sign-on” or the “connect via their Google Account” to the apps accessible through the Services portal. Game My Biz does not share Google Business Profile, Google Places, and Maps user profiles and group information with third parties.

We collect the information associated with Your Google Account through Google sign-in. The included information under this My Business Account:
  • User Accounts, emails, and Name of the account admin

  • Ownership status. The verification status of the business profile associated with the account used for signing in.

  • Specific Business location. We may see the list of a business names under your account. However, we will only fetch and display the exact location you choose to share inside the Services.

We use the Business Account API to help to verify ownership of the location You supplied. Simultaneously, You can manage, edit, add, and track your business profile’s monthly performance inside the Game My Biz Service to attach it to more appropriate, industry-specific KPIs – in a gamified environment.

We use My Business Business Information API

for listing business locations and fetching relevant data such as:
  • Business address and country

  • Ownership status. The verification status of the business profile associated with the account used for signing in.

  • Specific Business location. We may see the list of a business names under your account. However, we will only fetch and display the exact location you choose to share inside the Services.

We use Google reviews (from Google My Business API/Google Business Profile)

We use and collect data from your Google Reviews to display on your workspace inside the Services platform. We call one of the features – the Challenge Arena – where we use specific Reviews KPI to track, analyze, and display the location’s performance on a Scoreboard. We also value the reviewer’s privacy, so the list of reviewers and username will only be visible to You as an account owner. On the other hand, you cannot see the specific review and username on your competitor’s profile – unless we update the feature and add a new change to our privacy policy. We will notify You once we apply new rules and regulations regarding this Scoreboard competition, most especially for all the participants.

Game My Biz will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

WE use Google Maps Platform APIs

Game My Biz may share your information with the Google Maps Platforms APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API, Business Profile API, Maps JavaScript API, Maps Embed API, Geocoding API). We use various Google Maps Platform APIs to retrieve precise information when you make location-specific requests. The data includes Business Name, Location coordinates, Map directions, and other similar information.

We obtain your location’s data cookies from Google Maps Platform APIs, store them, and access them on your device (“cache”) for as long as you need them.
